What is Personal Chat?

What counts as an API call?
Each request to a Clarity API primitive (retrieve_context, entity_lookup, etc.) counts as one call. Chat interface usage does not count toward API limits.
Can I switch tiers at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my API limit?
You'll receive a warning at 80% usage. Overages are billed at the standard rate. No hard cutoffs without notice.
