Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clarity's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Clarity's services for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Billing Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to update fees with 30 days' notice.

Prohibited Uses

• To transmit harmful code or malware
• To spam or harass others
• To infringe on intellectual property rights
• To interfere with or disrupt the service

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Clarity or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
